Thank you for choosing Padel Trade! We are committed to offering you high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to support you. Please take a moment to read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

How to Return an Item

At Padel Trade, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy, giving you 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at info@padel-trade.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please make sure to contact us before returning any item, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order at Padel Trade, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. Please inspect your items upon delivery, and if you notice any damage, a defect, or if you’ve received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used padel balls
  • Custom-made and personalised items

Please also note that gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us to discuss availability and your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with the same conditions as our returns policy.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

You can expect the refund to be processed within 5 – 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
